A ready to use, highly active, penetrating alkaline based clinging oven and grill cleaner formulated with sodium hydroxide, water-based solvents and deep penetrating surfactants. Break-Off quickly removes burnt on carbon, grease, oils and fats from ovens, grills, hoods, vents, deep fat fryers, griddles, etc. It is easily applied by brushing, spraying, or wiping on surfaces to be cleaned.
